1 Acceptance and Applicability of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 2k platform, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions in full and agree to them. If you do not agree with any term, you must stop using the site's services.

These terms apply to the 2k website, mobile application and any related services. Continuing to use the service means you also accept any updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

Providing accurate and complete information is required when creating an account on 2k. Opening an account with false information or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited. Each user may operate only one account.

2.1 Account Verification

To ensure security, 2k may request identity verification at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be required. If the necessary documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.2 Password and Security

Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. Login credentials must not be shared with anyone else. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately. Log in directly from the 2k login page and avoid clicking on suspicious links.

• Only one account per user is permitted.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is prohibited.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network may be investigated.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

All 2k services — casino games, slots and all betting activities including cricket — are available only to individuals aged 21+. Please confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

Opening an account for a minor is strictly prohibited. If it is established that an account is being operated by a minor, that account will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on 2k is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if verification is pending, this time may be slightly longer.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions on 2k have their own terms. Once a bonus is claimed, winnings from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specific wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

2k offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus amount can be withdrawn after wagering it 10 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200; wagering required ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

5.2 Other Bonus Policies

• Each bonus offer has separate wagering requirements, minimum deposit and validity period — please read them carefully before claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• A bonus applies only to that specific player — bonuses are non-transferable.
• 2k reserves the right to close accounts and cancel bonuses if bonuses are claimed fraudulently.

6 Game and Betting Rules

Certain important rules must be followed when enjoying casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting on the 2k platform.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• There must be sufficient balance in the account before playing a game or placing a bet.
• Attempting to gain unusual profits by exploiting any technical error is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

2k's decision is final in the settlement of any bet. If a dispute arises regarding the data source used to settle a result, 2k will follow the records of the official sporting body.

• Using automated software or bots.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A user who wishes to close their account can contact the 2k support team. An opportunity to withdraw the balance will be given before the account is closed, provided any bonus-related wagering requirements have been met.

12 Changes to Terms

2k reserves the right to change, add to or remove these terms and conditions at any time. Accessing the site or continuing to use the service after a change is made will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms.
